John is Adirondack born and was raised in Cleveland off The Great Lake Erie. He began sailing in the 70's and has owned a number of sailboats along the way. In the 80's he had the opportunity to leave Cleveland sailing through the Lakes, Erie, Barge Canal and down the Hudson having a wonderful trip wintering in the Florida Keys and the Bahamas.
John settled in Annapolis, Maryland living aboard and began his career in Yacht Sales. He now has over 20 years of both sailing and selling experience! John has had the opportunity to work with the best retailers and builders in the industry from old names like Pearson and Oday through to the current well-known names of Catalina, Beneteau, Lagoon.
He is now working with Hunter Marine via SouthEast Sailing and Yachts. Whether outfitting, re-fitting, purchasing either New or Previously-Owned, John's rather candid yet professional and friendly approach to customer satisfaction will make the experience of working with him a joy!
